The 2017 conference theme “Business Unusual” lends itself to exactly that – supply chain management is Business Unusual. We’ve really mixed things up with exhibition and sponsorship opportunities and have a variety of new and exciting options available.

  • The exhibition will take place at Century City Conference Centre (for two days only 5 and 6 June)
  • Opening: 08:00 Monday 5 June 2017
  • Closing: 18:00 Tuesday 6 June 2017
  • Food stations and cocktail tables will be situated in the exhibition area at the Century City Conference Centre.
  • The floor plan may be subject to amendment. Any such alteration deemed necessary by the organisers shall be communicated to all exhibitors
  • Stands shown as available on the website may have been booked before updates applied – please check with the event organisers at Upavon Conferences prior to booking exhibition stands
  • Stands currently allocated together with the floor plan design may alter – please check with the event organisers at Upavon Conferences prior to booking exhibition stands
  • All exhibitor corporate profiles and logos, together with url links to appropriate websites are listed on both the SAPICS conference website and in the event handbook
  • Exhibitors will be entitled to book a 30-minute Tech Talk session – introduced in 2016 these highly popular presentation sessions enable exhibitors to promote their products and services in a presentation-style format.
  • Presentation times are available on a first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability

Additional Exhibitor Staff: Over and above the allotted allocation per stand – R5,000

Exhibitor Rules Piu Grandi Stands

  1. Custom built stands have to have their plans submitted and approved by the Conference Secretariat
  2. Cupboards are to be ordered, this is NOT standard to your stand

Exhibitor Rules Piccolo Stands

  1. Piccolo Stands may not be redesigned or altered in any way
  2. Please ensure that all furniture and or banners remain within the floor space of your stand

General Rules

  1. Exhibition staff and or promotional staff may NOT “work the floor” and are restricted to the stand
  2. All flyers and promotional items are to be handed out from your stand
  3. No banners or flags are to be higher that the confirmed stand height unless prior approval has been received from the Conference Secretariat
  4. All furniture, plants or decorative elements are to be inside the stand floor space
  5. All Company Banners are to be placed inside your stand floor space
  6. No banners or flags may be displayed above/next to your stand unless by prior arrangement with the Conference Secretariat

Competition Rules

  1. Only the first ten competition notifications will be published in the Conference Programme
  2. Only the published competitions will be presented and promoted by the MC
  3. Only prizes above the commercial value of R5,000 will be presented at the official Exhibitor Prize giving

All stands are furnished with a basic shell scheme, grey industrial carpeting & a Fascia board.
