The iconic K-Way logo is a symbol of quality and South African manufacturing excellence. The K-Way factory, a subsidiary of the Cape Union Mart Group, has faced its fair share of summits to conquer and storms to weather. Imports from global suppliers threatened to close the factory in the early 2000’s, with a potential for massive job losses and a factory closure. Learn how the K-Way factory used the principles of LEAN and transformed from an uncompetitive laggard into a world class manufacturer of high-end technical garments and enjoy a factory tour conducted by their leadership team.
