Armand brings over 25 years of international experience as a consultant and COO in Operations and Supply Chain management roles. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Maastricht University and is a Senior Lecturer at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Operations & Supply Chain. As a researcher and PhD candidate, he contributes to research on Designing Value Networks. Botho Bridget Kgathi is a seasoned supply chain specialist with over seven years of experience in strategic sourcing and supplier development.
She has extensive experience in conducting procurement in high value infrastructural development projects and has led the implementation of innovative procurement solutions for advancing end to end online visible Enterprise Resource Planning in public entities.
She is the founder of an online platform, Conversations in Supply chain which aims to foster interaction, connect with industry mates, share information and raise awareness on issues around supply chain. This platform has been key in educating professionals and the public about the complexities of procurement matters, trade agreements and their implications in supply chains.
Botho is known for her advocacy in education, youth development and participation in Public Procurement. Her contributions reflect a blend of practical expertise and commitment to fostering compliance, ethical practice as well as information sharing in Supply Chain.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration ( Logistics and Supply Chain Management) with the University of Botswana and a Master’ of Arts in Procurement an Logistics Management with Sheffield Hallam University.
